How are your Clippy-Felty clips and hairbows made?

All Clippy-Felty clipsare cut and stitched by hand. Our bows are handmade using high quality grosgrain ribbon.  Due to this handmade design, no 2 clips nor bows are exactly alike.

What kind of barrette/snap clip is used?

A 1.25” snap clip is secured between two pieces of felt.  A  1.75” alligator clip, French Barrette and Pony-O is used for hairbows (depending on customer’s preference.  Alligator clip are Partially Lined.  Each ribbon is heat sealed to prevent fraying.   We add a ‘no slip’ lining so the bow will stay in just a small amount of hair.

What is your return policy?

All of our products are handmade-to-order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, unless there has been an error on our part i.e colors, hardware etc etc.

Do you sell your baby hair clips wholesale?

Yes, we do.  We have not setup the Wholesale page therefore, please email me your questions/order.

Do I need a PayPal account to order?

We accept PayPal, which takes all major credit cards, as our method of payment.  You do not need a PayPal account to order.   

How quickly are orders shipped?

Orders are generally shipped out within 48-72 hours.  Weekend orders are shipped on Tuesday morning. Custom orders may take an additional couple days, depending on the size and ribbons availability of the order.  

Orders paid for by PayPal e-Check are shipped once the e-Check has cleared, which takes about 3-4 days.

How much does it cost to ship your baby hair clips?

Flat-rate shipping is charged.  Shipping and Handling is already included.  Enjoy Free Shipping with every order over $35.

What about sales tax?

Products shipped within Texas pay 8.25% sales tax.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes and the S&H is the same, USA or Worldwide.  Please bear in mind for International shipping:  your package may take 3-4 weeks to arrive.   We do not assume responsibility for those packages after they leave the United States. 

We do not/will not replace/resending lost packages sent internationally.  This applies to Stateside shipping as well.

We are not responsible for any taxes, duties or import fees incurred.

We ship to APO AE /APO AP with the same Flat-Rate charge.

Safety Note

Hair Accessories are not toys!. Our hair accessories are carefully made, however, adult supervision is required.   Please do not leave young children (especially under the age of 3!) unattended wearing them on as it may pose as a choking hazard. Safety first!
